PIMPmyBOSS
The manager mirror

See the gap between your self-perception and collective perception

You may think your management comes across in one way while the people you manage experience something else. PIMPmyBOSS makes that gap visible without exposing any individual evaluation.

The manager journey compares two readings of the same ten behaviours: how you assess your own management practice and, once the protection threshold is met, aggregated collective perception.

Claim

A manager profile remains anonymised until it is claimed.

A manager does not gain access to a named public profile simply because their name was entered in an evaluation. The collective profile remains anonymised by default.

V1 provides structured claim routes: automatic professional email-domain verification when conditions match, or a separate manual request.

Self-perception

Describe your own management practice without guessing other people’s answers.

Managers answer the same ten axes used to describe lived management: Consultation, Recognition, Development, Perspective, Stimulation, Adjustment, Delegation, Direction, Follow-up and Challenge.

Describe how you assess your usual management practice. Collective perception is a separate reading gathered independently.

Collective perception

The collective view only appears once protection is sufficient.

Collective perception is displayed only from at least three unique eligible evaluators. It is recalculated in spaced batches, rounded and shown through broad stages rather than evaluation by evaluation.

You never see evaluator identities, individual dates, exact contributor counts, fine-grained chronology, individual scores or personal compatibility indices.

The gap

The mirror is designed to understand a difference, not hand out good and bad points.

Five components and ten axes let you compare how you see yourself with how your management is perceived collectively.

PIMPmyBOSS never publishes manager rankings. Private percentiles, when calculable and sufficiently protected, position separate axes only; they never create a global score or rank.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Important answers should remain understandable without animation, internal jargon or dependence on a personal result.

Can I see who evaluated me?

No. Evaluator identities are never revealed, including in fraud or dispute cases.

Why are at least three evaluators required?

Because displaying a collective result too early would make it easier to infer who contributed what. Below the threshold, the collective perception remains hidden.

Is the collective view updated after every new evaluation?

No. Visible aggregates are calculated in batches spaced by at least seven days. This time separation is part of the re-identification protection.

Are management styles ranked?

No. The five styles are not a hierarchy. The product is designed to make behaviours and perception gaps readable.
