Version 2026-10-14.1 — 14 October 2026. Effective upon publication.
Necessary operation
The audited front stores the sign-in session in browser local storage under pmb.auth.session.v1. It contains authentication tokens and expiry information needed for account access and refresh. Signing out clears this local session; browser controls can also remove site storage. Closing the window does not automatically clear local storage, even if the server-side token expires.
Language is represented in the page address. A photo selected for the personal card is processed in browser memory and included in a file only at the user's request. The function does not upload it or perform biometric recognition.
Analytics and advertising
The site integrates no advertising. Its only optional audience-measurement tool is Google Analytics 4, described below, which remains inactive before consent. The hosting provider may generate technical logs, covered by the Privacy Policy. Local storage does not automatically require a blanket consent banner. Strictly necessary operations for the requested service differ from optional trackers. Google Analytics 4 is currently subject to this consent, with refusal and withdrawal as accessible as acceptance.
Browser controls
Removing site data may sign you out and remove local preferences; it does not delete your account or server-side records. Contact the data-protection address for those requests. Sign out after using a shared device.
Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement
Only with your prior permission may public pages load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-K43M9TS719). No measurement script loads before acceptance. You can refuse or withdraw through “Cookie settings” at any time. Your choice is stored locally for up to six months, then requested again. Evaluation answers, manager identities, dyad identifiers and individual scores are not sent in custom events; private pages are excluded from measurement. Google may receive technical connection data as described in its documentation. Withdrawal stops future measurement.
